Happy New Year from Sri Lanka
By The Editors
12 April 2019
As we celebrate the start of the new year in Sri Lanka this weekend here in Colombo, along with many others in different parts of Southasia, Himal Southasian will join them in marking the turn of the year and take a week’s break from publishing. We will resume publication on 22 April, which will mark one year since we started publishing from Colombo. We also want to take this time to thank you for reading us, supporting us and being a part of our journey from Kathmandu to Colombo.
With the start the second year of publishing from this Southasian capital, we hope to bring you more stories and analyses from the region, enrich your reading and listening experience, and continue to be your go-to platform for in-depth understanding of Southasian politics and culture, beyond the headlines. We also want your feedback on our stories, initiatives and the website – what works and doesn’t work. Email us at [email protected] or talk to us over Facebook or Twitter.
