Over the top

Joseph is a journalist based in South East Asia. He writes for the Democratic Voice of Burma. His fields of interests range from human rights to international relations.

Joseph is broadly interested in stories that, while not surfacing in the mainstream media, still shape the lives of the under-reported, and in analysis that looks between the lines of major events. More recently, he has been following and examining relations between Burma and its western neighbours. He will also attempt to follow the build-up to Burma’s promised 2010 elections, in an attempt to distinguish between contest and charade, hope and frustration.
